Founder and Executive Director

Tae Smith is the Founder and Executive Director of Youth In Action Family And Children Services. Tae has worked in the framework of mental health for many years. As a kid, Tae felt it was her obligation to help those younger and older than her. Her desire to help both generations grew stronger over the years. Tae realized that it became necessary to bridge the gap between generations to address mental, social and emotional issues that each generation have in common.
